Inspiring Lives

The work we are able to do because of donations has inspired the lives of people   living with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our stories prove that you couldn't make a better investment - and they depend on the generosity of supporters like you!

They're the backbone of our funding, faithfully committing to give what they can every month to help create opportunities for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. They make our life-changing work possible.
It's easy to contribute and all donations are tax-deductible. Win-win!

Employer Gift Match  Learn More
Many companies offer matching gift programs to encourage employees to contribute to charitable organizations. Some provide matching funds to support employee volunteer hours. Most of these programs match contributions dollar for dollar, and some will even double or triple the amount of your gift.

Please check with your company to see if it offers a matching gift program that will match your gift or volunteer hours to New Hope Center.

If your employer requires an Employer Identification Number (EIN) (i.e. Federal Tax Identification Number), please use 39-1052724.

You may mail your completed matching gift form to:
New Hope Center, Inc.
Attn: Donations
P.O. Box 189

Your personal gift and matched contribution will be credited to the program or event that you designate. If you have questions about matching gifts please contact
New Hope Center, Inc.by email (Type "Donating" as the subject of your email) or call us at (920) 849-9351.

Adopt-a-Home
If your service or church group wants to have a direct impact on people living with disabilities, consider “adopting” one of our residential homes. By doing this, you become part of our client’s extended family of caring by participating in regular activities with the adult residents – such as bowling or arts and crafts activities – or helping with regular home maintenance projects.

On a smaller scale, you can “Adopt-a-Room”, where you commit to preparing and/or maintaining a bedroom or common room in the house to ensure that residents have a safe and welcome environment to live. This involves providing new bedding as needed or purchasing needed household items or possibly furniture.

We ask for a one-year commitment with regular quarterly activities or projects. For more information about either the Adopt-a-Home or Adopt-a-Room program, please contact us at 920-849-9351.

Volunteer
Do you have a special skill you’d like to share with our clients? We are always looking for people to provide music, activities or art and craft lessons, or help teach life skills such as house cleaning or cooking. Volunteers are asked to make a three-month commitment and complete a background check before they can interact with our clients. Please understand that in order to maintain a stable and safe environment for our clients, we rely on trained, professional staff to supervise our clients and do not have volunteer opportunities in direct care positions.

We also have one-time volunteer opportunities such as helping with small home maintenance projects, special events or newsletter mailings. Contact us at 920-849-9351 to learn more.

Join the Calumet County A-Team! Help unite persons with disabilities and their family members to advocate in a grassroots effort, create awareness in the community and advise those who care for our citizens with special needs to ensure service choices are protected and sustained.
